To protect your related rights, the "Tuozong Privacy Protection Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains how Tuozong collects, uses, and stores your personal information and what rights you enjoy. Please read and fully understand all contents of this Policy carefully before using Tuozong. By confirming your full understanding and consent to all contents, you may then use Tuozong. Once you start using Tuozong, it means you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy.
This Policy only applies to the functions and services of the Tuozong product itself, and does not apply to any products or services provided by other third parties. Before choosing to use third-party products/services, you should fully understand the features and privacy protection policies of those third-party products/services.

In order to provide users with Tuozong’s functions and services, continuously maintain the normal operation of Tuozong’s various functions and services, promptly identify abnormal account status, safeguard your account security as much as possible, and continuously improve and optimize the Tuozong user experience, we collect and use the information you actively provide, authorize, or provide based on your enterprise user’s request during registration and use of Tuozong, as well as the information generated during your use of Tuozong for the purposes described in this Policy:
1.1 Helping you become a registered user of Tuozong
To become a registered user of Tuozong, you can enter your phone number and complete identity verification by receiving a verification code to access Tuozong, or be authorized as a final user of Tuozong’s enterprise organization by your enterprise user entering your phone number in their created organizational structure. In this process, we need to collect your phone number to create a Tuozong account for you and provide you with basic Tuozong functions/services such as IM chat (instant messaging), group creation, password recovery, etc.
1.2 Information collected during the use of Tuozong functions/services
1.2.1 Basic device information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we collect basic information about the device you use, detailed as follows:
1.2.1.1 After you confirm and agree to this Policy, we will collect your device’s IMEI number, MAC address, and Android ID to uniquely identify and bind your device, ensuring the normal use of related functions and providing effective account security protection;
1.2.1.2 After you confirm and agree to this Policy, we will collect the list of software applications installed on your device and identify their version numbers, so you can quickly determine if relevant applications are installed when sharing content to other apps via Tuozong;
1.2.1.3 After you confirm and agree to this Policy, we will collect your device model and operating system version information to understand your device hardware condition, in order to provide you with compatible interactive designs, mobile attendance configurations, etc., adapted to your device.
1.2.2 Instant messaging content information: To meet your instant communication needs with other final users within the organizational structure created by your enterprise user or other supported individual users, we record chat content between you and other users to enable information transmission and interaction, and support syncing this information locally on your device. Chat content includes text messages, voice messages, files, and images.
1.2.3 Log information: When you use the Tuozong client or related website features/services we provide, we automatically collect detailed information about your use of related features and services by saving network logs. This may include your IP address, browser type, telecom operator, access date and time, visited web pages, call status information, approval logs, attendance logs, etc.
1.2.4 Data controlled by enterprise users: Based on enterprise user needs, during the process of enterprise administrators setting or final users independently activating and using related Tuozong functions/services, the data generated or involved may include the following:
1.2.4.1 After you become a final user of Tuozong’s enterprise organization, you can further customize basic user information such as name, gender, email address, department, position, and set a personalized avatar based on your actual situation, and modify the above information yourself, except where your enterprise user sets corresponding restrictions or approval procedures when inviting/authorizing you as a final user;
1.2.4.2 Information assigned to you by your enterprise user such as position, department affiliation, contact information, office email account, office phone, as well as personal information like geographic location, movement trajectory, attendance clock-in information, approval records, published logs, schedules, cloud disk files, etc. generated after enabling attendance, approval, check-in, and other functions according to your enterprise user’s daily management requirements;
1.2.4.3 If your enterprise user administrator chooses to enable the Tuozong telemarketing version function and obtains your consent to enable device recording permissions, calls made through Tuozong will be recorded and the recording data will be saved and uploaded;
1.2.4.4 Order transaction information and invoice information involved when you use Tuozong’s order management functions/services to purchase value-added services, Professional/Telemarketing/Inventory versions of functions/services;
1.2.4.5 If your enterprise user administrator chooses to enable the Tuozong inventory version function, you need to input information such as suppliers, purchase orders, warehouses, inbound orders, outbound orders, inventory transfer orders, inventory reports, etc. according to enterprise user requirements;
1.2.4.6 If you are an enterprise user administrator and choose to enable hang-up SMS or marketing SMS functions, you need to upload your enterprise’s business license and legal representative ID for record according to communication operator requirements, otherwise these functions cannot be used;
1.2.4.7 Other data containing personal information submitted by enterprise users, such as Tuozong enterprise address book information (which may include final users’ employment information, contact information, personal identity information, etc.).
You understand and agree that the enterprise user is the controller of the above data, as well as the processor of the administrators and final users’ personal information under the enterprise organization involved. Tuozong only processes the above data based on the authorization entrusted by the enterprise user (including but not limited to administrators’ operations, configurations, etc.). Enterprise users should independently control the scope of information authorized to us for processing based on business management, human resource management, internal information security control, etc., and bear the responsibility and legal liability for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the final users they manage.
In particular, if you are an enterprise user administrator, you should ensure that the enabling of related functions/services and the corresponding use settings are strictly in accordance with the actual needs and effective instructions of your enterprise user, and ensure that your enterprise user has obtained valid authorization from the respective data subjects before providing us with the authorization required by this Policy to process related personal information.
1.2.5 Information collected by third-party SDKs: To ensure that Tuozong’s functions/services are available and operate stably, we may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs). We exercise due diligence and strictly monitor the information collected by third-party SDKs to protect data security as much as possible.

Function: Use device identification info such as MAC address to send targeted notifications to users, including instant messaging content, product info, version update reminders, task and workflow notifications; provide social sharing data submission to platforms like WeChat, QQ, Sina Weibo by acquiring installed software lists; optimize SDK to Jiguang server network requests via IP to ensure service stability and continuity, enabling regional and group instant communication features;

1.2.5.11 Baidu Mobile Statistics SDK
Function: Help developers count active usage of mobile applications on users’ devices to analyze and optimize app functions and experience.
Information collected: Basic device info (including hardware model, OS version and system status, configuration, IMEI, IMSI, MAC, IDFA, OAID, hardware serial number and other device identifiers, brand, manufacturer, browser type, telecom operator, language, WiFi info, etc.), list of installed applications, running process info (including app name, usage duration, features used and usage time);
Additionally, the Baidu SDK also assists app providers in statistics and analysis related to app distribution/promotion by identifying parameters on the user’s device clipboard related to app distribution/promotion.

Function: Support initiating video meetings via Tuozong;
Information collected: User account basic info (including username, avatar, signature), device info (mobile device, OS type and version, Tuozong app version, web browser or other program configuration info used to access video service, IP address, device version and identifier, screen resolution), user’s video meeting operation info (meeting name, time, screen sharing or other interaction records, recording file path, joining method, login info), content shared or displayed during meetings, invited participants (showing username, avatar, signature).

1.3 Permissions required during the use of Tuozong features/services
To provide you with relevant Tuozong features and services and ensure their normal operation, we will need to request you to enable certain permissions, detailed as follows:

Explanation of the necessity for Tuozong's auto-start setting: If you enable automatic attendance or check-in, call recording, or automatic upload of field track functions while using Tuozong, Tuozong needs to remain running to ensure your use of these features; moreover, to guarantee that users can receive notifications/messages pushed by Tuozong in a timely manner, Tuozong also needs to stay active. Therefore, Tuozong will periodically check its running status in the background and automatically restart after you manually exit Tuozong or in case of an abnormal exit, to ensure your demand for using Tuozong's functions is met.
1.4 Other information you actively provide to us
During the use of Tuozong's features and services, you can provide feedback on related experience issues to help us better understand your needs for our products, thereby helping us continuously improve product functions and user experience. For this purpose, we will record the contact information, problems, or suggestions you actively submit, so that we can further contact you and respond with our handling results.
1.5 Information provided to us by third parties
We may collect information about you when other users perform operations related to you, or obtain your personal information from Tuozong's affiliated companies, cooperating third parties, or through other lawful channels. For example, to prevent risks such as fraud and gambling, maintain the security and stable operation of Tuozong services and payment-related functions, and fully protect your legal rights, we need to obtain user identification information of the payment accounts you actually use from third-party payment institutions.
1.6 Information collected for other purposes
You understand and agree that the products and services we provide to you are continuously iterated and upgraded. If we need to collect and process your personal information beyond the scope described in this policy, we will separately notify you of the involved information content, scope, and processing purposes through page prompts, interactive designs, or other means, and obtain your consent.
1.7 Exceptions to authorization and consent for collecting and using personal information
You fully understand that according to applicable laws, in the following circumstances, we may collect and use relevant personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent:
1.7.1 Related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;
1.7.2 Directly related to national security and national defense security;
1.7.3 Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
1.7.4 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
1.7.5 For safeguarding the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of you or others where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
1.7.6 The personal information involved has been made public by you to the public;
1.7.7 Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract/agreement between you and us;
1.7.8 Collected from legally publicly disclosed information such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels;
1.7.9 Necessary for maintaining the security and stable operation of our products or services, such as discovering and handling product or service faults.
II. How we store this information
2.1 As we provide Tuozong services relying on cloud service solutions provided by Alibaba Cloud (Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.), the data we operate related to Tuozong and all information involved during your use of Tuozong are stored on servers deployed by Alibaba Cloud, that is, we entrust or subcontract Alibaba Cloud for storage and other necessary processing. In addition, to meet legal and regulatory requirements regarding the legitimacy of information content, we also entrust Qiniu Cloud (Shanghai Qiniu Information Technology Co., Ltd.) to provide storage and detection services for files and image information in Tuozong's instant communication content. Before selecting the above service providers, we have comprehensively evaluated their service capabilities and data security protection capabilities. During data storage and transmission, technical measures such as encryption are adopted to ensure secure and stable service provision to users.
2.2 The data processed or entrusted for processing within the People's Republic of China will be stored on servers located within China, and will be stored according to relevant laws or user agreements (to meet the necessary requirements for providing products or services to users).
2.3 If cross-border business processing requires transmitting related data processed domestically to overseas institutions, we will separately notify you and obtain your consent, and comply with laws, administrative regulations, and relevant regulatory requirements. We will ensure adequate protection of the personal information involved, such as anonymization, secure encryption for storage and transmission, etc.
2.4 You understand and agree that for security and backup needs, we may store processed data on servers of affiliated companies.
III. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose related information
3.1 Sharing
Except for the following situations, we will not share the personal information we process or entrust for processing with third parties:
3.1.1 With your explicit consent;
3.1.2 We may share relevant personal information externally according to laws, regulations, or mandatory requirements of government authorities;
3.1.3 When necessary to provide product or service functions to users, relevant personal information may be shared with third parties including affiliated companies or authorized partners:
We may cooperate with third parties to improve product or service security and optimize user experience. For this, we may share some personal information with third parties. We promise to clearly inform you of the specific purpose, method, and scope of such sharing beforehand and obtain your consent.
We assure you that we will only share your related personal information with partners within the necessary scope and will attempt to de-identify information so partners cannot directly identify individuals. Furthermore, such partners will be bound by this section regarding the handling of the received information. We strictly prohibit third-party partners from using shared information for other purposes without your authorization and consent.
3.2 Transfer
We will not transfer personal information we process or entrust for processing to any company, organization, or individual, except for the following situations:
3.2.1 With your explicit consent;
3.2.2 In cases of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy protection policy; otherwise, we will ask the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again. If personal information transfer is not involved, we will fully inform you and delete or anonymize the personal information we processed.
3.3 Public disclosure
We will not publicly disclose related personal information, except in the following circumstances:
3.3.1 Based on your explicit consent or your voluntary choice, we may publicly disclose related personal information;
3.3.2 Disclosure based on legal provisions/requirements: under laws, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements by government authorities, we may publicly disclose related personal information;
3.3.3 If disclosure is reasonable and necessary for maintaining public interests, we may disclose related personal information.
3.4 In the following circumstances, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose related personal information without obtaining your prior authorization and consent:
3.4.1 Based on reasons related to national security and national defense security;
3.4.2 Based on reasons related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
3.4.3 Based on reasons related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement;
3.4.4 For safeguarding the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of users or others where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
3.4.5 Disclosure of data collected from legally publicly available information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels;
3.4.6 Necessary for maintaining the security and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service vulnerabilities or faults.
IV. How we protect this information
4.1 Tuozong attaches great importance to information security. We will use various security technologies, including secure encryption, intrusion prevention, virus protection, etc., to protect information security against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, misuse, modification, damage, or loss.
4.2 Tuozong will establish user information security management systems and workflows, strictly control access permissions to user information, limit access rights and provide security and confidentiality training to personnel handling personal information, conduct regular personal information security risk assessments, and promptly address related risk issues to continuously improve personal information protection capabilities.
4.3 The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information processed. If our physical, technical, or management protective measures are damaged, causing unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of personal information, leading to damage to your legal rights, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
4.4 In the unfortunate event of an information security incident (such as leakage or loss), we will, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, promptly notify you of the basic situation of the security incident, possible impacts, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for your self-protection and risk mitigation, and remedies for you. At the same time, we will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
4.5 Although we strive to take reasonable measures to protect user information security, no security measure is absolutely perfect or impenetrable. Due to reasons attributable to users themselves, such as disclosing account passwords to others or violating product/service agreements, or due to third-party factors like hacker attacks or virus intrusions, or due to force majeure, resulting in user information leakage or loss, you understand that Tuozong will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or responsibilities.
V. How you access and manage your personal information
5.1 You understand and agree that we will provide you with basic functions to access and manage your personal information. However, since Tuozong’s products and related services are designed to provide solutions for enterprise users to support business operations and efficiency growth, if your enterprise user sets corresponding restrictions or approval procedures on your use of related functions when inviting/authorizing you as an end user, you must comply with the enterprise user's requirements. Tuozong promises to protect your related lawful rights and interests based on legal obligations or agreements and commercial ethics. If you encounter any issues accessing, correcting personal information, or exercising other personal information management rights unrelated to enterprise user restrictions, you may contact us through the methods disclosed in this policy.
5.2 Account cancellation or unbinding
After users follow the standard procedures to cancel their Tuozong accounts (enterprise user administrators can cancel the enterprise user via [Mobile App - Me - Company Management - Cancel Company] according to prompts; enterprise end users or individual Tuozong users can cancel their account via [Mobile App - Me - Company - Unbind Company] according to prompts) or unbind related relationships, we will stop providing all Tuozong functions and services to you, and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and agreements with you or your enterprise user (if any).
5.3 You may also request deletion of relevant personal information under the following circumstances:
5.3.1 We process or entrust processing of personal information in violation of relevant laws and regulations;
5.3.2 We actively collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
5.3.3 We process or entrust processing of personal information in serious violation of relevant agreements.
5.4 Responding to your management rights requests
5.4.1 You understand and agree that based on the above explanations of the purposes of processing/entrusting personal information, your management of the information may conflict with your normal registration or use of products or services. We will not be responsible for any obstacles or losses caused by your exercising management rights over data information.
5.4.2 For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated or excessive requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge certain costs. Requests that are unfounded, require excessive technical input (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), or may pose risks to others’ legal rights or are impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes) may be refused.
5.4.3 To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
5.4.4 We will not respond to your requests in the following situations:
5.4.4.1 Related to our performance of legal obligations;
5.4.4.2 Directly related to national security and national defense security;
5.4.4.3 Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
5.4.4.4 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
5.4.4.5 There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5.4.4.6 Unable to respond due to safeguarding significant lawful rights and interests such as personal life and property;
5.4.4.7 Responding to your request would cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of related individuals or organizations;
5.4.4.8 Involving trade secrets.
VI. How we use cookies and similar technologies
6.1 To provide you with a smoother access experience, when you use Tuozong products/services, we may collect and store relevant data about your visits to Tuozong products/services through various technologies, so that when you visit or revisit Tuozong products/services, you can avoid repeatedly entering account information. This also helps us quickly identify your identity, assess your account security status, and provide you with better services through data analysis. These technologies used to collect and store relevant data may include cookies, Flash cookies, or other local storage files provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively referred to as "cookies").
6.2 Web pages usually contain electronic images called "single-pixel GIF files" or "web beacons" that help websites count users browsing pages or accessing certain cookies. We may also collect information about your web browsing activities through Tuozong using web beacons, such as the page address you visited, the referring page you previously visited, the time you stayed on the page, your browsing environment, and display settings.
6.3 You understand and agree that some of our services can only be realized through the use of cookies. We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this policy. You can modify your acceptance of cookies or refuse Tuozong's cookies, but refusal may cause you to be unable to use some functions or services that rely on cookies.
VII. Protection of minors
7.1 In digital office/learning, communication, and collaboration activities, we presume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. We highly value the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor, we require you to have your parents or other guardians carefully read this privacy policy and use our products/services or provide information to us only with the consent of your parents or guardians.
7.2 If you are a guardian of our minor users or an enterprise user or administrator with management authority over minor users, please pay attention to whether the minor user uses our products/services after obtaining the guardian's authorization and consent, and prudently handle or entrust us to handle the minor user's related personal information. If you have any questions about our processing or entrusted processing of the personal information of minors under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information in Section 9.

8.1 We may revise and update this policy from time to time according to updates to our products/services or business practices, and will present the updated policy content to you in an appropriate manner.

8.3 Major changes in this policy include but are not limited to:
8.3.1 Significant changes in our control, organizational structure, such as ownership changes due to mergers, acquisitions, or business adjustments;
8.3.2 Major changes in our product functions or service models resulting in significant changes in the purposes, types, or processing methods of user information;
